Specialised Trading	Tea Trading: Tea leaf selling and Tea Bidder at the Chittagong Auction House. Own brand: JAR TEA (BSTI Certified Premium Quality Black Tea).
Export Sectors	Apparel (T-Shirts, Baby Clothing), Leather Products, Home Décor, Handicrafts, and Marine Spare Parts (exported worldwide by the Marine Department).
Import & Distribution	Trading and distribution of imported goods to the Bangladeshi market—often channeled via our Super Shop/E-commerce vertical: JARSHOPS.COM.
Marine Trade	Demo/Scrap Vessel Trading (Brokerage/Agency), Marine Spare Parts Stockist & Exporter, and supply of Marine Fuel Oil & Bunker & Lubricants.

Trading activities are fully integrated with the group’s shipping and logistics for true door-to-door delivery.

Shipping Agency	Full assistance as Ship/Port Agent for owners, charterers, and managers at major ports like Chittagong and Mongla, ensuring quick berthing and swift cargo operations.
Logistics & Freight Forwarding	JAR World Logistics: Premium international transport—Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, and Project Cargo Handling (oversized/heavy lift).
Customs Clearance	End-to-end Customs Clearance & Forwarding for import/export consignments, navigating the Bangladesh Customs Act and relevant regulations.
NVOCC & Feeder Service	Operating as an NVOCC/Consolidator. First feeder operator in Bangladesh to start domestic/coastal container feeder service from Chittagong Port to Pangaon ICT.
Land Transportation	In-house transportation and nationwide distribution across Bangladesh.
